Restorative yoga sessions includes gentle stretches, breathing exercises and a longer relaxation combined with healing and singing bowls sound to help calm your mind and cultivate your inner peace.

Instruments used during relaxation Himalayas healing bowls, seven chakra bowls and wind chime (please note there are no big gongs).
