The words we use, the time we give our children and the way we respond when something feels tricky can all shape how a child feels about the water.

A gentle “you can take your time” or “let’s try it together” can give them the reassurance they need to have another go.

Swimming together, playing, allowing time to explore and giving children little opportunities to do things for themselves all help confidence grow naturally. 💦

Sometimes the biggest thing we can do is simply step back a little and let them discover...

🎈 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻

For babies, toddlers and preschoolers, 6 months to 4 years. Think music, big splashes and beach balls. A lesson full of splashy water confidence!

💦 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺𝘀

Jump in and spend some splashy time together in the water. These are unstructured sessions, with our toys on the side for extra splashy fun.

Practice your swim skills at your own pace.

For babies, toddlers and children up to 8 years.

We dim the lights and slow things down for a snuggle. A beautiful, calm sensory swim for babies from 6 weeks to 12 months.

Learning to swim is a journey, and every lesson builds on the last. That's why swimming consistently is so important. Regular lessons help children keep their confidence growing, strengthen their skills and continue making progress, rather than having to rebuild confidence after a long break.

As we come towards September and back to school, we're celebrating every milestone our swimmers have achieved... and we're already excited for the next one.
