I haven’t posted a watch and follow workout for some time. This is one of my workouts from the last week. Apart from the first exercise it’s a super set workout so time saving!! A little over 15 minutes for a full body workout! Make sure u warm up before u start🏋️‍♂️ enjoy!😊

Good morning, here’s a watch and follow stretch routine for AFTER your workout. Don’t do this before working out! Never hold stretches before any workout. I will cover what a good warm up is if there is an interest for this.
Also just to note I will reopen for one to one training when Covid restrictions allow.
