One thing I wish more women understood?

Lifting weights is NOT the thing making you look “bulky”.

In fact, building muscle is what helps create shape, improve confidence and achieve the “toned” look most women want.

My client achieved these results through:

Not through extremes or punishing cardio sessions.

A lot of beginners think they need to start running to lose weight…

But honestly?
Walking is usually the better option 👇

Why?

Because it’s easier to stay consistent with.

Most beginners go from doing nothing… to trying to run 5 times a week, exhaust themselves and quit after 2 weeks.

Walking is realistic.
Less stressful on the body.
Less intimidating.
And much easier to fit into daily life.

Fat loss doesn’t come from doing the hardest thing possible.
It comes from doing something consistently long enough.

And for most people, walking daily will get them further than forcing themselves to run when they hate it 😅

Growth happens when you leave your comfort zone. ✨

Looking back at the last 5 years, I realise how much I’ve changed,not just physically, but mentally too.

I left home, moved to a different country, pushed myself through bodybuilding, got my degree, trying to build a career helping other women, and completely changed my relationship with food, training, and confidence.

None of it felt comfortable at the time.
There were moments of fear, self-doubt, setbacks, and uncertainty. And I still doubt myself sometimes.

But every stage of growth in my life started the moment I decided to stop staying where it felt safe.

Sometimes we outgrow old habits, old mindsets, old environments, and even old versions of ourselves.

And even though the process isn’t always easy… it’s always worth it. 🤍
