The next block starts on Wednesday 21st April and runs for 6 weeks. The class is from 12:15-12:45pm, and a recording of each class is provided in case you miss one.

π’ So I didnβt get in (again)....although with the lack of running Iβve done so far this year thatβs maybe not a bad thing.

This video is the 1st set of squats. Now up to 70kg on these so not far off my bodyweight target. The weight feels comfortable itβs just getting to 10 reps which is challenging! π¦΅
My old nemesis the pull ups are starting to feel a bit easier now too, so will maybe increase the reps in the coming weeks πͺ

Porridge with banana has been an easy go-to meal for me for some time, but I recently discovered this version which helps me get a bit more fruit and vegetables in my diet....I now add:
1 grated apple π
1 small grated carrot π₯
A sprinkling of Chia seeds
To be honest I didnβt think I was going to like it but itβs actually quite nice π
