My Zoom fitness class returns next week (details below). Most importantly it’s only 30 minutes and is at lunchtime, so you’ll have plenty of time after to go to the pub! 😁🍻πŸ₯‚

The next block starts on Wednesday 21st April and runs for 6 weeks. The class is from 12:15-12:45pm, and a recording of each class is provided in case you miss one.

Cost to join the 6 live classes = Β£20
For an extra Β£10 I will also give you an additional pre-recorded session each week πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘

Added weight to most of the major lifts tonight, and even managed a couple of extra pull ups! 😁 Amazing what you can do when both kids sleep in past 7am 🀣

Another chilly night down at the TDFitness HQ, but I’m currently reading The Wim Hof Method and I think the daily cold showers have helped me out a lot tonight! πŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯Ά

This video is the 1st set of squats. Now up to 70kg on these so not far off my bodyweight target. The weight feels comfortable it’s just getting to 10 reps which is challenging! 🦡

My old nemesis the pull ups are starting to feel a bit easier now too, so will maybe increase the reps in the coming weeks πŸ’ͺ

The answer to 1) is Yes. There will likely be more than one thing you can do each day, or at least regularly.

If you don’t know the answer to 2) then spend some time trying out a few things: different forms of exercise, meditation, catching up with friends, reading a book....the list goes on - find what works for you.

The answer to 3) should be Yes. It might not always be easy, but you need to look after yourself.

The Sunday night gym session is now my favourite way to end/start the week! πŸ˜„ Added a bit more weight on the squats and bench press this week...

This video is the 2nd set of bench presses. I’d be happy if I could manage my bodyweight for these, so just need to add another 30kg or so 😬

Porridge with banana has been an easy go-to meal for me for some time, but I recently discovered this version which helps me get a bit more fruit and vegetables in my diet....I now add:

1 grated apple 🍎
1 small grated carrot πŸ₯•
A sprinkling of Chia seeds

To be honest I didn’t think I was going to like it but it’s actually quite nice πŸ˜€
