Dieting without tracking or meal plans‼️

If you are someone who hates tracking or using meal plans for a long period of time this post is for you‼️

Although I do believe there are benefits to tracking and using meal plans, as it helps us better our understanding with food, especially the meals we on a regular basis. ⏰

However long-term, here are some habits you can implement to help you stay on top of your nutrition and add a bit more structure to the way you eat. ✌️❤️

Basic nutrition habits -

Not everyone is willing to commit to more time consuming nutrition habits such as tracking calories.

So here are my tips to allow you to be mindful regarding your nutrition.

1 - Water before breaking fast.

Wake the body up, rehydrate and kickstart your day. Most likely the most underrated habit out there.

2 - Source of protein with each meal.

Add in a source of protein with each meal. This will not only improve your recovery from your sessions, it will allow you to be more mindful of your food choices.

3 - Source of fruit or veg.

A great way to add in valuable nutrients into our diet but again it also allows you to be more mindful of your choices when eating whilst still giving you the flexibility to have the meals you enjoy.

4 - Plan ahead.

Got a big event coming up? You know you’re going to consume lots of calories.

Think ahead and keep the diet in check until then. This will give you a greater feeling of accomplishment when it comes to the big day and doesn’t stop you from having a social life!!!!

Remember balance is important. Enjoy yourself. But also remember that the more often you integrate these habits around your training, the more likely you are to succeed.

Hmm well a little bit of research supports this HOWEVER…?!

- Better positional Acquisition
- Less restricted movement
- Psychological Preparedness

Do any stretches you feel necessary to allow you to lift efficiently. You’ll gain more than 1%
