Often imitated - but there is only One Ballet for Figure Skaters with a true Science and Somatics based Methodology. Experienced teaching for over 40 years with 100% measurable results. If it doesn't say certified by me (Annette T. Thomas) you are not getting "the real deal". FURTHERMORE (and more importantly!) Don't just trust someone who is good at social media, or who is "famous" - check their teaching/education credentials - be pro-active and NOT passive in your learning. DONT just copy movements - know exactly what you are doing and why you are doing it. There are so many who copy my work, other true pedagogues work, and my student's work who demonstrate it incorrectly as they have no idea what the exercises are truly for and it is frustrating to ALL of us - not because we aren't getting the "likes" but because as real teachers (not "influencers") we are trying to educate.
