Gong sound bath🤍

Our first autumnal gong sound bath is taking place on Sunday 20th September 5-6:30pm. Come and absorb the deep tones of the gong for the deepest physical and mental rest🤍

Pregnancy yoga🌼

This 5 week pregnancy yoga course is suitable for women over 13 weeks pregnant. You will learn gentle yoga poses, meditation, breathing techniques, birth preparation and more. Our pregnancy yoga course is a nurturing, safe space where women can meet other new mums and share this exciting journey with each other.

One of our wonderful yogis Liz Keat heartbreakingly passed away from Glioblastoma earlier this summer. Liz was the kindest, loveliest person with an incredible sense of humour. She attended our Thursday vinyasa every week with Lydia and our retreat in April with Freya and Lydia. Our studio and community isn’t the same without her and we are missing her joyful presence lots.

We are hosting a Pay As You Feel Slow Flow & Nidra Yoga class in memory of Liz on Thursday 20th August 7.30-8.15pm to raise money for The Brain Tumour charity.
