🥊 Boxing Bootcamp (Mon & Wed 19:30)
Learn the basics of boxing through partner pad work, while building fitness, confidence and conditioning

💪 Circuit Smash (Mon 18:30 & Sat 09:00)
A high-energy mix of boxing padwork, bag work and strength & conditioning circuits (think battle ropes, kettlebells, med balls, tyre flips… 😅)

💥 Both sessions are designed for beginners and all fitness levels

🥊 Big shoutout to Nat this week — 2 stone down!

Another client hits a massive milestone!

Nat joined us on our 8-week bootcamp in Calverley last year before moving into 1-2-1 personal training to give kickboxing a go. She took to it immediately — spinning kicks within 3 weeks — and hasn’t looked back since!

Nearly a year of consistent training later, Nat is 2 stone down, healthier, happier, and has finally found a form of exercise she genuinely loves.

She’d previously struggled to find something that worked for her, but her early morning Tuesday sessions are now a firm part of her weekly routine.

So proud of her progress and her change in mindset around exercise! 💪

Mel joined us about a year ago on our 8-week Beginner Boxing Bootcamp in Calverley…��After getting the boxing bug, she quickly moved into…
