At CV8 Tennis & Cultiv8 Academy we’re proud to be supporting the day, and encouraging everyone within the Academy & our wider networks to get involved.

We’re focusing on creating conversations about how our athletes use the internet, what they enjoy, what challenges they face, and how we can support them to stay safe and make positive choices when online. We can all make a difference…

Every action helps raise awareness and supports young people’s digital wellbeing…it’s something we all need to get involved in.

It’s a chance for us all to play a part in creating a more supportive and safe digital world for our children.

Through our on-going support programmes we will:

Yorkshire's own Max Hodkinson triumphed yesterday, emerging as boys champion at the Carlos Moyà 12 & Under Festival, the season-ending invitational event for Europe’s top players in this age group. Now in its fifth year, the festival was hosted by the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, welcoming 64 competitors from 22 nations. It’s a very special event where young players enjoy memorable moments on and off court, including a tour of the Spanish legend's trophy collection, and with some also bumping into Rafa himself, who was onsite during the week. Max has won a string of singles titles this year, including the 12U Boys' title at the Lexus Junior National Championships, which took place at Nottingham Tennis Centre in August. Congratulations to Max and coach Richard Crabtree on a hugely successful tournament and year.

🔥Tournament Round Up….

A big well done to Seb for taking the Bradfield Tennis Europe event title 💪🏆

A busy few weeks on the road with players (and coaches) competing all over the place. Well done to all - so much hard work and learning going on!

At the grade 1 at West Hants it was a good run from Sammy to the semi finals of the U11 singles with George and Seb making the final of doubles 💪 In the U12 Seb battled hard and made the semis of singles and came out with a strong doubles title with partner Cam who also made the singles final 💪

At Aldershot TE event a big well done to Luca who made the semi finals of the singles event and a great effort from George who took the doubles title with partner James 💪

Well done to Aran who advanced to his first ITF final at Bradfield ITF 💪.

Amazing achievement by Max, Cam and Tommy who have followed up their European Winter Cup success by winning the U12 Summer Cup in France with a dominant 3-0 win over the hosts in the final! 🙌 They are the first GB team in history to complete this achievement. Great learning and experience and we are very proud of their efforts and performances. Well done!💪💪🇬🇧

Brilliant to see some of the Leeds Beckett University staff and Steve, our programme manager for the RPDC getting recognised today at Buckingham Palace….a great achievement to be awarded Tennis University of the Year for 2024! 🙌

We are super grateful to have our base at LBU and be amongst world-class facilities and great people on a daily basis. Congratulations to all involved! 💪
