What you are getting wrong with discipline!
Discipline is about balance.
Discipline is about choice.
The balance and choices we make to create an environment that helps us pursue our goals relentlessly is where discipline shines.
It's not about strict adherence, it's about a balance between the positives and negatives.
Being able to say no, fairly to the things that don't serve you.
No to alcohol and fast food.
But also No to the version of you that burns out and stops looking after your mind in pursuit of physical success.
Yes to hard work and dedication but not at the expense of missing out on what you enjoy.
Your version of discipline doesn't have to look like an influencer's fake version.

How to Change your Mind to Change your Life
You can't commit to change in your life without ...
Committing to change in your mind.
It starts upstairs.
You decide you want change and start going after it.
You want to get fitter, you go to the gym.
But it's not that simple.
You want to get fitter then your mind has to be ready for all the adaptations that come with it.
Your mind doesn't like change, it wants you to resist it.
So here's how to overcome that feeling:
1. Implement change slowly
2. Learn to talk to yourself - you may need to convince yourself a bit
3. Create a clear environment for an uncluttered mind
4. Process your positives
5. Weekly progress reviews keep your mind active on the outcomes
6. Forgive yourself when you are tired
7. Visualise the steps that take you from now until your end goal
