Theme running through it like usual and accompanied by Kryia and Pranayama. You need some experience to do this class , contact me if you're unsure. Modifications throughout, you don't have to do all the vinyasas! Rest as you need ❤️

A lovely church hall, yang / Yin yoga, tea and toast , delicious homemade hot lunch to go, hike up Roseberry Topping, top bunch of people , fun times with old and new friends. Join our yoga community for up to date events.
