𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 | 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗨 𝗙𝗖 𝟭-𝟮 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗨𝟭𝟴𝘀

Yorkshire Ammers SU FC were narrowly beaten by Rotherham United U18s in another valuable pre-season test.

There were plenty of encouraging signs throughout the performance, with a strong first-half display and lots of positives to take into the final stages of pre-season as preparations continue.

Before today’s pre-season friendly against Rotherham United U18s, we will observe a minute’s silence in memory of Lincoln Richards.

Lincoln was a well-respected figure within the local football community, and our thoughts are with his family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him during this difficult time.

We kindly ask all players, officials and supporters to join us in paying their respects before kick-off.

A strong start to pre-season for our Reserves as they run out comfortable 5-2 winners against a well-organised Robin Hood Reserves side.

The lads came flying out of the blocks and could easily have been three goals ahead inside the opening 10 minutes after creating a number of excellent chances.

A really positive performance with plenty of encouraging signs to build on as preparations for the 2026/27 season continue.

Well done to everyone involved, and thank you to Robin Hood Reserves for a competitive pre-season fixture!

Pre-season continues this Tuesday as Yorkshire Ammers SU FC Reserves host Robin Hood Reserves in our pre-season fixture ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
