Our Whippets braved the weather over the weekend, with a thrilling friendly against the lovely Collingham.

We came away with a 2-1 win thanks to goals from each Hannah on the pitch 💪

It’s Match Day - the Whippets are getting ready for their next fixture against Scotton Scorchers - Let’s go Whippets! 💪

Two goals from Hannah RM and one from Alice saw the Whippets win 3-1 against Killinghall Nomads 💪

Fixtures are light at the moment, but we have managed to squeeze in a Friendly against Killinghall Nomads this weekend 🤩

Back to Back games against Headingley United Seconds saw the Whippets lose 5-3 on aggregate, although both matches proved to be close and we had a blast!

Our first game saw the Whippets take the lead through a goal by Christie, before unfortunately conceding two late goals. The second leg was closer than the score suggests, and we came away with high spirits

The Whippets endured some grim weather conditions over the weekend in their fixture against Headingley’s First team, but thankfully the snow kept away!

The 3-1 score line may not have gone our way, but a goal filled first half did see a fantastic goal scored by Hannah, and some wonderful defending 🤩

2025 felt like a blur; packed with games, tournaments, goals, laughter and teamwork that makes the dream work.

We’re also especially proud to have been awarded the Fair Play Award for the 2024/25 season 🥇

A huge thank you to every single Whippet, and all our friends, old and new.

Today we sported our amazing new team training tops and felt properly united as we took on Collingham in pretty grim conditions!

A cracking game played in great spirits despite the weather, and we managed to bring home a 2-1 Christmas win🎄⚽️

Huge thanks to Collingham for being such lovely opponents, and to our brilliant supporters who braved the rain to cheer us on!
