🎉 EXCITING NEWS! WE’RE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED! 🎉

We are SO excited to announce that Active Future East Leeds & Wakefield is now officially registered! 🥳🙌

This is a huge milestone for us — and even better news for the children and families we support! 💙

✨ So, what does this mean?

Our registration means we can now expand our childcare provision, including:

🏫 Wraparound Care – giving families the option of quality childcare before and after school, making those busy school days that little bit easier.

☀️ Expanded Holiday Provision – we can grow our holiday clubs and offer even more opportunities for children to stay active, have fun, make friends and enjoy their school holidays with us!

⚽️ From sports and games to creative activities, adventures and everything in between, we’re passionate about creating childcare that children actually WANT to come to! 😍

This is just the beginning… 🚀

We’ve got BIG plans for Active Future East Leeds & Wakefield, and we can’t wait to bring even more exciting childcare opportunities to local families.

We're hiring sports coaches to deliver high quality, engaging after school clubs across the East Leeds & Wakefield area.

We're looking for superstar coaches who hold a level 2 coaching qualification or relevant degree, have a DBS, safeguarding training as well as first aid!

The role is covering various after school clubs across the area and will initially start at 5 hours per week.

Although driving is not essential, it definitely helps as you'll be across multiple sites! This is perfect for students or those who want to earn a little extra cash!

🎯 A super few weeks, filled with awesome fun, sport, crafting, making friends, and teamwork has made this summer fly by!

🎯 Today we had a great time, Kane brought in trampolines!!!
🎯 Using these we learned how to coordinate dances, different moves, and have fun!

🎯 Kane ran a fabulous wheelchair sports session this morning, understanding how to move, steer, about others and okay sports safely!

🎯 Our afternoon was split between free play and tag rugby! Allowing others to get involved in a sport they may not have before 🏉

🔥 Well done everyone and thankyou Kane for bringing such awesome equipment!

We had a blast at our final Youth Club at Brayton Community Centre for the summer!

We played football ⚽️ and giant tetris 🧱! As well as having a huge water fight and going on the slip and slide🔫. We also safely viewed the eclipse 🌅

We then chilled out after having a delicious chicken wraps! 🌯 It was a great night! 💜

Our final week of summer HAF begins tomorrow and take a look at the exciting things we have in store! It's sure to end our summer of fun with a BANG! 💥

🎯 An awesome morning of slip and slides, and water fights! We beat the heat and kept cool while having some awesome fun!

🖼️ Our craft experts made some awesome things, from outfits, to animals and even fans!

🎯 Shout out to Amelia who made more than 20 fans for us to use today!!

Yesterday was Fashion week!
The kids worked in teams to create awesome outfits for our coaches! We then wore them down the catwalk!
