Acro Jams with

Join the wonderful every other Tuesday for an evening of Acro Jamming! A relaxed, playful space to practice your favourite moves, meet other acro lovers, and have a ton of fun while you're at it!
Whether you're working on foot-to-hand, washing machines, or just want to hang out upside down, there's room for all styles and skill levels whether you turn up solo or with friends.

🤸♀️ Every other Tuesday evening starting 9th September
Join us for a full evening of Acro! Whether you're a total beginner or already part of the community, will be sharing two linked sessions to help you grow, connect, and play:
✨ 6:30–7:30pm – Foundations Class
Build strong technique, trust, and body awareness in a fun and supportive space. Great for complete beginners and those looking to refine the essentials, calibrate and progress.
✨ 7:30–8:30pm – Open Level Class
Explore creative sequences and new tricks in standing acro, L-base, and group work. Ideal for those ready to expand their skills and confidence.
Discounted rates available when joining both classes
Existing students are encouraged to attend both sessions to deepen their foundational practice and work towards pre-reqs for levelling-up workshops, guest teacher sessions, and conventions.

Slight change of plan to our Levelling Up workshop this month - we're in Skipton!
Join & on Saturday 28th June 1-5pm 🥳
Pre-requisites for this session are:
* 2-high without spotters (taking a step in every direction)
* F2H Lbase (no spotters or using the base's feet)
* Experience of plank and throne pops (icarian)

The session will be split into 2 hours class + 2 hours jams time
