Well such a shame all the lakes are closed and its now just a waiting game till this is all over and then we can all get back out there on the bank doing what we love... FISHING 🐟🎣🐟🎣🐟

Well what can I say. We attended this lake yesterday for 24 hour session but ending up being little longer.
Oaklands Water Goole
Was welcomed by the anglers and staff. Lovely lake and clean tidy and would be worth anyone going if you want to try a new lake up west yorkshire.
Cats up to 68lb and carp to 32lb.
Shame to say I lost one. My own fault. Was fishing with a blowback rig with a size 8 Teflon hook with a pink krill popup and other nash scopex squid 16mm boillies...... Hubby missed one to. Sometimes it's the way it goes.... Blank maybe but I'm still smiling and ready for the next session on end May for the 48hour.
I made new friends also. Some duckies! Wildlife is beautiful and the lake is so traquil.
