The key is to find something you enjoy, then be consistent.

When your scrolling down social media, comparing yourself to others. 9 times out of 10, the difference is not your workouts, itโ€™s not your diet itโ€™s the consistency.

Are you consistent with your diet ? Are you consistent with your workouts? Have you created a habit or are you just restarting every few weeks.

A common mistake is people thinking if you turn up and plod along in the gym, you will see results.
