Do you need help becoming the best version of yourself? Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle

For years Nicole felt like she was stuck in the same cycle.

She’d push really hard for a few weeks.

Be all in.

Gym.
Food.
Steps.
Everything.

Then she’d get exhausted.

Life would happen.

And she’d disappear for two months.

Not because she didn’t care.

Because she was trying to force results through sheer willpower and eventually she had nothing left to give.

So she’d come back.

Start again.

Lose a bit of weight.

Gain it back.

Start again.

Lose a bit of weight.

Gain it back.

Every time becoming more frustrated.

More defeated.

More convinced she was the problem.

She knew what to do.

That’s what made it worse.

Because if you know what to do, why can’t you seem to stick to it?

Why do you keep ending up back here?

Why does everyone else seem able to do it but not you?

She didn’t want to spend the rest of her life starting over every Monday.

She wanted a sexy back.

She wanted to feel confident in her clothes.

She wanted to go on holiday and actually enjoy it.

Most importantly...

She wanted results that stayed.

So we stopped trying to see how much she could suffer.

Stopped trying to be perfect.

Stopped treating fitness like a sprint.

And started building something she could actually maintain when life got busy.

Now she trusts herself again.

She knows one bad meal doesn’t ruin everything.

One busy week doesn’t ruin everything.

And she no longer has to choose between going all in or doing nothing.

Because the thing that changed Nicole’s body wasn’t working harder.

It was finally stopping the cycle that had been keeping her there for years. 💗

You keep waiting until you feel ready.

Until you’re more motivated.
Less tired.
In a better headspace.

But if you’ve been telling yourself that for months (or even years), maybe it’s time to ask yourself a different question…

What has waiting actually changed?

Because confidence doesn’t come before action.

It comes from proving to yourself that you can do hard things.

One workout.
One walk.
One meal.
One promise kept to yourself at a time.

The life you want isn’t on the other side of motivation.

It’s on the other side of starting before you feel ready 🫶🏼

You’re not missing motivation.

You get up and go to that gym when you’re tired, stressed, when you’d rather do literally anything else.

You show up.
Every single time.
And you’re still not seeing it change.

That feeling of doing everything you’re supposed to do and getting nothing back is one of the most demoralising things.
Because you can’t even tell yourself you’re not trying hard enough, You know you are.

So you add another session. Another class. Another 6am run.

Because what else are you supposed to do.

But exercise and fat loss are not the same thing.
The gym builds your shape.
Food is what changes your body.

You can burn 300 calories in a session and eat it back in ten minutes without even realising.

You haven’t been failing at it, You’ve been working incredibly hard at the wrong thing.

And the most frustrating part is you didn’t know.

You were just doing what made sense with the information you had.

Now you do.

Sort the food, keep the gym.

That’s when everything you’ve already been putting in finally starts paying off.

Six months ago Chelsie was standing in front of her wardrobe every morning dreading getting dressed.

Nothing felt right.
Nothing looked right.
Every night out started with a meltdown before she even left the house.

She hated her body and she’d quietly started to accept that this was just what life looked like after having a baby.
That maybe this was just her now.

You know that feeling.

Getting ready used to be exciting. Now it’s the most stressful part of your day.

You’re pulling things on and off, getting frustrated, and ending up in the same safe outfit because at least you know it covers the bits you hate.

And somewhere along the way you stopped believing it could be different.

Chelsie felt exactly the same.

Six months later she’s 10kg down. Getting dressed up and actually enjoying it.
Going on holiday next month and for the first time in years she’s not dreading putting a bikini on.

She didn’t find some magic diet. She didn’t do anything extreme.

She just finally had a plan that actually worked for her body and her life.

That’s it.

If you’re standing in front of that wardrobe every morning feeling the way Chelsie did it doesn’t have to stay like this.

DM me HOURGLASS and I’ll show you exactly how she did it.

You’ve cut out bread. Pasta. Rice. Potatoes.

Because that’s what you’re supposed to do when you’re trying to lose weight isn’t it.

Every diet you’ve ever seen tells you the same thing. Carbs are the problem, cut them and the weight comes off.

So you do it. You sit at dinner watching everyone else eat the pasta and you have the salad.

AGAIN!!!!

And you’re miserable. And you’re still not seeing results.

Every single day I eat bagels.
Dieting or not, it Doesn’t matter.
Bagels are always on the menu.

Because carbs were never the problem.

Your muscles need carbs to stay full and firm.
Take them away and your muscles go flat.
You don’t look toned.
You don’t look lean.
You just look tired and soft.
You’ve basically been deflating the thing you work so hard to build in the gym.

And you’ve been miserable doing it for a result that was never coming.

You don’t need to cut carbs to lose fat. You just need to eat the right amount of food overall. You can do that and still eat bread every single day.

Keep the carbs but sort out the amount you’re eating.

That’s when you stop hiding in a jumper and start actually liking what you see.

You keep going back to the same diet because it worked.

You saw the weight come off. You had proof. Of course you go back to it.

But if the weight came back, it didn’t work.

A diet that works doesn’t let the weight return.

What that diet is actually doing is making your situation worse every single time you do it.

You just can’t see it because you’re too focused on the number going down.

And every time you repeat it, you come back in a harder position than before.

That’s not bad luck. That’s just what that diet does to your body.

The worst part is you’ll probably do it again. Because it “worked.”

DM me DIET if you want to lose the weight and actually keep it off this time.
