Do you need help becoming the best version of yourself? Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle

Jasmine’s goal was simple…
She wanted to look lean and toned.
She was putting the effort in, but when it came to food, she was completely guessing.
Which meant all that hard work wasn’t showing.
Once we took the guesswork out sorted out her food, made her consistent rather than restarting every week, everything changed.
She built a lifestyle she loves, knows she can go out for food and it not derail her into pressing the f**k it button and feels confident in her body at last🙌🏼
You’re overthinking every single thing.
What plan should I follow? Do I need more protein? Should I cut carbs? Am I eating too much? Too little?
Before you know it, you’ve spent another week thinking about losing weight…
But not actually doing anything about it.
Thinking about fat loss and doing fat loss are two completely different things
You can research for hours, save all the posts, watch every video…
But if you’re implementing none of it, nothing changes.
Which means you’re still waking up every day in the body you hate.
So instead of trying to figure everything out…
Just start.
Just one thing
Then another.
Then another
That’s how you stop overthinking it
And actually start doing it
Living a healthy lifestyle rather than seeing eating and being healthy as punishment was the best thing I ever did
The fear of disappointing yourself again is stopping you from trying again
Scaring you from making decisions that could change everything
Fear holds you back in more ways than you can imagine
And it also leads you to just give up all together
But if you sit with the fear you’re spending another year hating bikinis, hiding in photos and feeling sad.
At some point you have to take the leap, try something new or even trust someone to get you there
Otherwise nothing changes or things get worse
Don’t let fear stop you from making a decision that could change your life

Went through my progress pics this week and just sat there like… I can’t believe that’s actually me.
The fact that I used to be the exact girl who’d scroll past pics like these and think “cool, must be nice, that’s just not gonna be me.”
You see someone’s transformation and go straight to “she’s just more disciplined” or “I always end up back where I started” or “I’ve tried this too many times already.”
So you write yourself off before you’ve even started.
You use every diet you’ve quit as evidence this next one’s doomed too.
You’ve basically decided the ending before you’ve lived the middle
And talked yourself out of something you never even gave a real shot.
The problem was never that I wasn’t “one of those people.”
It’s that I was judging what I was capable of based on a version of me that hadn’t even started yet.
Looking back, the thing that actually hit me wasn’t how different I look.
It’s how wrong I was about what I could do.
That girl at the start had zero clue where she’d end up she just kept showing up and made the next decent choice instead of trying to predict herself.
One day you’ll be the one scrolling old photos thinking “I can’t believe that’s me.“
Swipe for the transformation🤯

Sometimes the hardest part of fat loss isn’t changing your habits
it’s changing the expectations other people have of you.
When you’ve always been the one saying yes to takeaways, drinks after work or picking at everyone’s leftovers, people get used to that version of you.
So when you start putting yourself first, it can feel uncomfortable.
Not just for them but for you too.
That’s why you give up.
Not because the plan is too hard, but because you don’t want to disappoint anyone else.
Just remember…
One uncomfortable conversation is a lot easier than another year feeling uncomfortable in your own body
Do you want a year of excuses or a year of progress?

Kierra was in a constant cycle of yoyo dieting, losing weight and then gaining it back.
Running on really low food to drop the weight fast and then it came on so much faster
As soon as the diet was over, she’d return to old habits
Never really building anything solid enough she could maintain
Fast forward to now, she’s built and maintaining healthy habits she loves, she’s kept the weight off and working on developing her shape more🤩
Watching Kierra completely change her mindset has been amazing 🙌🏼
No more bad habits
No more weekends dont count and restart on Monday
No more gaining it back
Just a realistic approach she could actually follow and she’s only just getting started ⏳
