Meet Meg.
Meg has been teaching yoga for over eight years, sharing classes across Yorkshire and London.
Her teaching style is calm, encouraging and inclusive, helping students feel supported while developing strength, confidence and ease in their practice.
You can find Meg at the studio every Wednesday:
• Beginner Yoga - 6:15pm
• Hot Yoga - 7:30pm

Most people don’t need a complete lifestyle overhaul.
They need one class.
Then another.
Then another.
Three classes a week can make a remarkable difference.
A Pilates class to build strength.
A Hatha or Vinyasa class to move and breathe.

Small actions repeated consistently tend to create bigger shifts than occasional bursts of motivation.

Her Wednesday evening classes offer two different ways to move:
6:15pm Hot Yoga - strong, energising and grounding
7:30pm Back to Basics - gentle yoga designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect
Meg has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and specialises in creating supportive spaces. Whether that’s a strong hot yoga class or your first time stepping into yoga.
