The perfect week away in Greece.

The full array of emotions flowed this week, laughter, reflection, freedom, moments of stillness… and yes, dancing in a club like nothing else mattered.

Because sometimes you just need to let your hair down, feel the music, laugh until your face hurts and remember that life is meant to be lived too.

And Matala… a truly special place. Soulful, grounding, freeing. The kind of place that leaves a mark on you long after you leave.

A week I won’t forget in a hurry.

A little reminder that there are so many layers to a person.

The business owner.
The mum.
The dreamer.
The one rebuilding.
The one still healing.
The one creating something bigger than herself.

Not every chapter looks polished. Some look messy, loud, emotional, brave, uncertain and beautiful all at once.

But I’ve learned this, you don’t have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.

You can be building businesses, raising a family, navigating life, learning lessons, protecting your peace, and still becoming the version of you that you’re proud of.

Anyway… apparently this sketchbook version of me is pretty accurate 😂

The older I get, the more intentional I have become about my circle.

And honestly? I feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen people who genuinely light me up. The kind of people who inspire, support, laugh deeply, think bigger and bring good energy into the room.

Protect your energy. Choose your circle wisely.

Because who you surround yourself with quietly shapes the direction of your life.

The world has always been comfortable with women being beautiful.

What it hasn’t always been comfortable with…

Is women being powerful.

Women who think for themselves.

Women who refuse to shrink themselves to make other people comfortable.

So let me say this clearly.

You are allowed to be beautiful and brilliant.
You are allowed to be kind and powerful.
You are allowed to have ambition, depth, intelligence and soul.

It probably means you should go for it.

Because the truth is…

Every woman you look at and think “wow… she’s done well for herself”
once had the exact same moment of doubt.

The only difference?

Being a mum to my boys is the greatest achievement of my life.

Everyone wants a bigger email list.

But when was the last time you actually cleaned it?

I recently removed a large number of inactive contacts from mine.

Why?

Because a list full of people who don’t open, click or engage isn’t helping your business grow.

In fact, it can do the opposite.

A smaller list of engaged people will always outperform a huge silent one.

This is something I see a lot when reviewing businesses.

People focus on;

But they forget the basics.

You need the right leads coming in consistently.

And that starts with a clear social media strategy designed to attract clients, not just likes.

Because there is no point building systems if the wrong people are entering them.
