Here at Sonkei Shotokan Karate Leeds, we want our student to do well in everything they do. So I'm sure you'll all join me in saying abig congratulations to Lucas, who recently passed his grading in Judo.

Hey all!

Sooo...... at some point over the next few days I'm gonna start posting videos, you can use these videos to help you practice at home. I will work on things that you all need for grading, then as soon as we get back we can work towards it. In the videos I will give instruction on how to perform the techniques correctly too. You can practice them at home, and parents, you can take videos and eother email of send me them on Facebook Messenger, so that I can offer advice, guidance and instruction where needed.

PRACTICE!

We may not be at the dojo at the moment, but that doesn't mean we can't practice. Practice what you know, I will post videos as much as I can to help you. Also, you can send me videos and I can analyse and give instruction and feedback from the videos!

I have the unfortunate task of informing everyone that SSKLeeds is cancelling all lessons until further notice. Please take care, and I will inform you all as to when lessons will start again.

Hi everyone.

We are all fully aware of what is going on in the world regarding the Coronavirus. This being said, training will continue for the time being. The classes we have are only small, so I believe we should be fine. Although if anyone is feeling really unwell, they should avoid training for obvious reasons, please let me know.

Good lesson last night. We only have 3 lessons now until grading so that will be the main focus for the next 3 weeks.

I'm sure you'll all join me in saying a big well done to Lucas, who has been accepted into his first choice high school. Lucas hasn't been so great lately, and we've missed him for the last 3 or 4 weeks, but hopefully we should see him back at training very soon! 😁👍🥋
