- 50g oats
- Mix with water
- Cook on a medium heat until most of the water has been absorbed
- Take off the heat and serve into a bowl
- Let the oats cool for a few minutes and then add a scoop of protein powder
- Mix mix mix !!!
- Add a teaspoon of jam and peanut butter and enjoy!

BODY RECOMPOSITION ๐
My incredible client Izzy has officially been on her journey for ONE YEAR and wow she has made some progress.

WINTER GOALS โ๏ธโ๏ธ๐
The clocks have gone back
The nights are getting darker
The weather is getting cold
The talk of Christmas is beginning
And this might make you feel a little less motivated to work on your goals
But, I want to give you one piece of advice to help you through this season:
Remember why you started working on your goals, and let that purpose keep you pushing through. It may be harder than it was at the start of the year, but your future self is relying on you right now. You want to continue this healthy lifestyle and fitter more confident you into 2026 and beyond? Then the work doesnโt stop here, just because itโs cold and dark. You can absolutely still show up for yourself and feel amazing, you just have to keep going. ๐ซถ๐ผ

GYM GETTING HELLA BUSY? FEELING OVERWHELMED? ๐คฏ๐คฏ
Here are 3 top tips for navigating the busy September gym rush so you can continue to make great progressโฆ

TIME - The time you go will impact how busy the gym is. Generally, 5pm-8pm is going to be quite busy, so if possible get up earlier and get to the gym in the morning, or on your lunch, or block out an hour if youโre able to be more flexible with work and go during the daytime.

EQUIPMENT - You may get to the gym and find nothing you want is free. Make sure you have substitutions for your exercises so that if you canโt get on what you need, you donโt need to panic. For example, swap a barbell bench press for dumbbells, or barbell squats for the leg press. There will always be something you can do instead, so we have to be in the mindset of adapting.

CLASSES - If youโre someone that doesnโt have a coach or programme to follow, maybe youโre a newbie at the gym or you just want to improve your general fitness, then Iโd recommend the classes. At least with this, there is structure already in place, you have a set space to go to when you get in the gym and can bypass the chaos, and youโll be guaranteed to complete a good workout.
