Most of our weariness comes not from years, but from stillness.

When you move, your heart hums, your muscles remember their strength, your joints bend with ease, and your body’s rhythm stays alive. When movement fades, even the simplest daily tasks feel heavy. Energy slips through your fingers, and independence quietly drifts away.

What happens in a Move it or Lose it class?

Warm up
Either seated or standing, start low impact aerobics at a gentle pace to great music, working on flexibility & warming up the muscles whilst also getting the heart rate up & blood flowing.

Heart Health ❤️
Fun seated or standing aerobics to boost heart health, sometimes with equipment to keep things interesting

Strength💪
Using balls, strength resistance bands & hand weights to build muscle strength & support with daily activities.

Balance 🧍‍♀️
Chair supported or hands free balance exercises, with a seated extra lower bidt strengthner option too, designed to help prevent falls & imorive everyday mobility.

Games ⛹️ 🧠
Because exercise should be fun!!
Expect laughter, smiles & great social atmosphere, working on memory, reaction & coordination.

Flexibility 🤾
Gentle stretches to improve mobility & posture whilst also releasung muscle tenseness & soreness.

Cool down 🧘‍♀️
Relaxing mindfullness & breathing exercises to leave you feeling calm, refreshed & energised.
