Good afternoon,
Just a quick message to let you know a couple of bits of news regarding the Saturday morning football sessions that we run in partnership with Farsley Celtic Juniors Football Club.
As it is Easter weekend there is no session this Saturday - 16th April.
The sessions will return the week after on the 23rd of April in a slightly revised format.
The 9.00am to10am session will now be for children who are in school years Reception to year 2, and the 10-11am slot is for children in years 3 to 7.
The sessions will now be bookable in blocks of 6 sessions, for £24.00. The coaches will identify a development target for each child and will work with them throughout the block to develop that skill (as well as their general game play).
We've also introduced an exciting new recommend a friend scheme; if someone names you in their booking as the person who recommended the sessions, we'll put £12.00 credit into your PE Partner account, and this will be available at the checkout as a discount off your next booking.
If you had existing bookings for the previous set of sessions, we have today refunded this to your payment card (this will show on your statement in the coming few days) and you will need to rebook on this new set of sessions.
We’ve made these changes to make the sessions sustainable for everyone; we’re really enjoying working with the children and we’ve had over 30 different children attend the sessions so far, but we really need over 10 children in each hour to make it work for everyone. We'll also be putting fliers into all the local schools to let others know about our sessions.

As well has helping them to learn the team side of the game, we'll work with every child to identify a development target for them for each 6 week block and the coaches will work with them on that skill throughout these sessions.

We're looking forward to seeing more smiling footballers in the morning as news of our Saturday Soccer session at Farsley Cricket Club spreads.
Don't forget the sessions are now 9-10.00 and 10-11.00am
Now we are on the Rec pitches (just behind the cricket pitches) so it might be best to park at Westway, Farsley LS28 5HS. We are still using the Cricket Pavillion as our base and the toilets will be open as usual. The coaches will be there to show you all where to go in the morning.

We're trying to build the numbers up to around 30 kids per hour - we'll add coaches as the group grows - so we have lots of spaces still available and your help telling other local parents at your workplaces, clubs and schools really is invaluable. LOVE THE GAME!
We're delighted to be delivering this Saturday Soccer session in association with Farsley Celtic Junior Football Club at Farsley Cricket Club.
These sessions will be led be qualified PE Partner coaches and will be a lot of fun, whether your child is a trying football for the first time or has played for years the coaches will help them develop their individual skills and game understanding and most importantly develo p their love of the game.
The sessions will be:
9.00am-10.00am for Girls Academy (Girls in years 2,3,4,5)
The club would love to develop a girls section and would like to invite any girls who are interested in giving football a try to come along to this session.
9.00am - 10.00am for Little Ballers (Boys and girls Reception & Year 1)
This is a great introduction to football for the youngest players with a lot of fun and games.
For those year 1's that want to, we'll help them to get ready for matches in next years U7's team.
Please note that parents of children under 7 must stay for the session
10.00-11.00 BALLERS (Boys and girls in school years 2 to 7
This session will be split based on age and experience of football and will focus on individual skill development and game understanding.
We'll split the groups by age and experience, so that each child is challenged at appropriate level and has the chance to develop their skills.
