🚨🚨ATTENTION CAT OWNERS 🚨🚨

We are becoming aware of an increase in cats falling ill with a rare condition called pancytopenia. The issue has been identified by The Royal Veterinary College London and they are currently leading investigations in to the rise in cases.

🚨A product recall has been issued as a precautionary measure by the manufacturer of some dry cat food ranges, whilst further investigations are carried out.

🚨If you feed one of these diets we would advise you to stop feeding it immediately, and to contact the shop that you purchased it from.

🚨Pancytopenia is a reduction in the levels of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets. Clinical signs include lethargy, a high temperature, pale gums, blood in the urine or faeces (faeces will usually be dark or black). Small areas of bruising to the skin or gums may also be seen. If you notice any of these signs please contact us immediately.

Hope everyone is slowly getting back into a routine in the gyms

If not DO NOT WORRY!
This year has been a rollercoaster for us all; lockdown x2 , job losses, new accessories of a mask, ques for the weekly shop, no social life , no austraila jungle, no holidays !

Personally i feel like march has been the longest month and stepping into 2021 will be strange to say the least.

New Personal Training slots , 1-2-1 and online ate opening up
Enquire and save your space and save your self some dingo dollars (castle coins does not sit well with me)

See 2020 out with your goals in mind!

So today is my first proper day back in the gym
- do i even remember what to do? 🙄

I know some may think - but why now gyms have been open 3 days? ... in all honesty i just havent had time, settling into my new job role, setting up new plans for you lovely guys joining my online team and well... life(e.g cba)
And we all know the weather puts us all off

But today is the start of improvement faze for me... having eaten pretty much what i wanted, minimal movement for the past 4 weeks im ready to focous on me and my training.

I train for me, and how i feel and how i look at myself in the mirror.

No one else just me.

what is it ? an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one's actions.

so you planning to do your 100 squats per day before bed? tell someone , ask them to check up on you .... thats the best thing about getting yourself a coach we are that person in the back of your head.

Now it may require some extra dedication form yourself but you can always remember a coach is there for you when ever you need; may that be at home, the shop the gym we are just ONE click away.

Daily messages, support, and opportunity to ask any questions, you don't need to wait for your weekly session or worse- guess.

So i ask are you accountable ?

Quick ab workout you can do with minimal space!

Walkouts
Situps
Alternating Toe touches
Dead bugs
Russian twists

Always remember to keep your abs braced, when laying on the floor ensure your back is pressed into the floor!

I did 20 of each this morning back to back
1 minute rest and repeat a further 2 times!
