Alternative handles for Face pulls

Due to the virus plus safety reasons, in some gyms you won’t find the Rope handle.
So for face pulls / high pulls for example I use these particular handles instead.
Today was Deltoids day and I started with this exercise which is excellent for rear deltoids. One other reason is I used to neglect it, so I do it first and take it out of the way.
Pay attention to my hands movements, I normally bring the handles right above my head, I can definitively take more out of this move.

It has been a long journey but, this is what we achieved with realistic goals and a effective plan, no secret diets or magic workouts just hard work and consistency. πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ‹πŸΎπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ🏽

Full body Kettlebell Workout

This workout made us work hard.
It forced us stimulate big muscles and burn a few calories. That’s all we want right?
Something quick and effective.
It took us about 30 min.

20 reps 3rounds 1-2 min rest in between rounds.

Mobility drill πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

MOBILITY STRETCHES BEFORE EACH TRAINING SESSIONS.
This routine It really helps loosen up the muscles and gets rid of the stiffness specially in areas like lower back and hips. Plus it helps warming up your full body/joints and gets the blood flowing.

I normally do 8-10 reps on dynamic exercises and 20-30 sec on static exercises.

DUMBBELLS TRAINING

I believe everyone who’s into fitness /training have a pair of dumbbells now days. With this workout you don’t really need heavy Dumbbells as long as you push hard and give it your all.

Dumbbells workout :
β€’Db push ups / rows
β€’ Db Lunges
β€’ Db Side raises
β€’ Db Front squats
β€’Db Rows

20 reps per exercise
3 rounds
1 min rest at the end of each round

I don’t about you but my weekends I could always use a giant stack of healthy pancakes πŸ₯ž.
This pancakes were made with banana, vanilla whey protein, oats, cinnamon(optional) and oat milk.

Quick and tasty breakfast this morning.

Banana and vanilla protein pancakes.

1 mashed banana 🍌
1 whole egg πŸ₯š
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (BSN)
Cook it with a little bit of coconut oil or olive oil in a hot pan on medium heat πŸ”₯.
Have it with sugar free maple syrup or honey.
