140 players visiting North Leeds, competing at Sand Moor Golf Club today & Alwoodley Golf Club on Thursday after Headingley yesterday.
The golf course is in stunning condition, good luck to everyone playing.

We conclude our Sand Moor par 3 series on the 17th hole, measuring 170 yards. It may look straightforward on paper, but still demands full attention. The green is long and subtly sloping, with hazards waiting to punish anything offline. As ever on these par 3s, anything left is best avoided, with a deep depression making recovery particularly tricky. A composed finish required here, let’s see how Mark and Jack signed off their set.

Part 3 of our Sand Moor par 3 series takes us to the 15th — a narrow, demanding hole playing 162 yards from the back tees. The green is long and sloping sharply from back to front, with little forgiveness for anything pulled left. Add in swirling wind through the trees, and distance control becomes everything. A solid strike and smart line are essential here. Let’s see how Mark and Jack navigated it.
