On Sunday, Leeds Laces and Brewery Wharf Tavern celebrated our 26/27 partnership by having a kit launch party, hosted by BWT and their incredible staff team!🌟
We had such a great time; family and friends joined the players and coaching team to reflect on how far we have come in less than 5 months. With over 40 players, 4 coaches, 20 committee members and an army of supporters on the sideline each game, community is the beating heart of our club💜
Our purple kit honors the historic fight for gender equality and women’s empowerment, connecting our team to a global legacy of justice, dignity, and fair play. By taking the pitch in this colour, we are standing in solidarity with female athletes everywhere and actively pushing for a future where women and non-binary people have equal space and respect in sports. Our logo, providing the backdrop within the purple, connects us to our sister clubs - Manchester Laces, Hackney Laces, South London Laces, and Limehouse Laces
Our kit is our identity, and we are so proud to wear it this season
