Alongside a successful career in business and raising a family, Anna understands the challenges many people face when trying to balance work, family and their own wellbeing. Her approach focuses on building sustainable habits, improving strength and fitness, and achieving lasting results that fit into everyday life.
Anna’s coaching centres around strength, health and longevity. Whether your goal is building strength, losing body fat, improving energy levels, building confidence in the gym, or simply feeling better in yourself, she provides the guidance, support and accountability to help you get there.

3 TIPS WE’D GIVE BEGINNERS AT THE GYM...
1️⃣Focus on Form First, Not Weight
It’s tempting to lift heavy right away but good form comes first.
* Prevents injuries
* Builds muscle more effectively
* Creates long-term progress
* If you can’t control the weight, it’s too heavy.
2️⃣Follow a Simple Program (Don’t Wing It)
Random workouts = random results
A simple structured plan works far better than copying random workouts from social media
3️⃣Be Consistent, Not Perfect
Progress comes from:
* Showing up regularly
* Gradually increasing weight or reps
* Getting enough sleep

Premier World Fitness /Garforth -With high demand we are looking for a female Personal Trainer to take on new clients at our private club, you can also bring your existing clients here if you are an established personal trainer or if your just starting out this is a great opportunity, With this there is also hours to be on front of house . You will be involved in general administration and reception duties, meeting and greeting customers as well as gym tours, as well as cleaning duties daily.
With excellent customer service skills, you will deal with customers over the telephone and face to face.
You will need to demonstrate a positive and professional impression of yourself at Premier World Fitness by delivering excellent customer service to our members and customers alike.
you would require a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
