So after nearly 13yrs today was my last day at BACIL. I have worked with so many fantastic people over those years and it has truly been a blast.. Thanks for everything particularly my workmates over the years Rachael McGlynn, Tony Kaye, Tom Bacon, Dave Lewis, MArtin Lufc Mynard and Bob Normo Gary Riley.
New role at Bradford at Night ...plenty to do...bring it on.

Hello good people of Facebook who follow BACIL. After much consideration I have handed in my resignation into my Board of Management. I have had 12 great years with BACIL and watched it grow and improve. I will be about until my notice period ends in July.
Its been a blast.

Interesting figures around shoplifting. Large reduction in offences down between 11 Dec & 21 Jan several of our prolific offenders in prison or on CBO's has helped. Small numbers causing major issues

Well a busy week so far. Handing out trauma packs, weekly meeting BOM meeting. Lots to do following that. Rest of week no different. Onwards and upwards

BACIL'S day of action, out and about in Leeds City Centre targeting the prolific offenders that blight our City. A great turn out from all our partners.

This pic from the YEP is from 1999 right at the start of Leeds Retail Crime Initiative which eventually became BACIL. I was there then and I'm still here in 2024. I just love this city and I'm proud of what I do.
