Many women think their metabolism is โbrokenโ or that hormones mean they canโt lose weight anymore.
The truth is, your body just needs a slightly different approach.
Focus on the basics:
โ strength training
โ enough protein
โ good sleep
โ consistency
These things matter far more than cutting carbs or doing endless cardio.
If youโre over 35 and struggling with fat loss, youโre not alone, but itโs absolutely possible.

Iโm Lynsey. A personal trainer, mum of three, and someone who didnโt always feel confident stepping into a gym.
My own fitness journey actually started from being overweight and feeling pretty lost with where to even begin. I know how frustrating it can feel when youโre trying to change things but donโt really know whatโs going to work.
Over time fitness completely changed my life, not just physically but mentally too, and thatโs what led me to become a coach.
Now I help men and women of all ages with things like losing body fat, building strength, improving confidence, and navigating things like perimenopause and menopause.
Iโm a big believer that fitness should work around real life, busy jobs, kids, stress, all of it.
