A rare opportunity to experience one of England’s most celebrated heathland courses at an exceptional rate.

We are delighted to make available a limited number of tee times at Alwoodley Golf Club next Thursday, 21st May, at a special one-off rate of £125 per person.

The 8th hole at Alwoodley is a challenging par 5, measuring just shy of 600 yards from the back tees. A draw over the corner of the trees makes for an ideal tee shot landing down towards the cross bunkers.

Miss the fairway and a lay-up is inevitable because of the tactical bunker placement. The large green is angled towards the fairway and a wood or long iron struck towards its centre is always a truly rewarding experience.

A fitting conclusion to a remarkable round.

The 18th at Alwoodley presents both challenge and reward - demanding precision from the tee and composure on the approach, all set against the backdrop of our the beautiful clubhouse.

With the clubhouse towering proudly behind, the opening par-4 provides a fitting and formidable introduction to the round ahead.

Here, rare memorabilia tells the remarkable story of a Leeds GP whose vision went on to shape some of the most iconic golf courses in the world - including Augusta National.
