That’s it, final yoga classes of the term are done which means summer classes are on the way!!

I’m having a sneaky week off to reset and spend some time with my crew but I’ll be back with a whole host of fun things to keep you entertained over the holidays.

In partnership with our school holiday sessions are designed to provide a lot of fun but also go further and build confidence, give the body and mind a rest and teach skills that can help with emotional wellbeing for the rest of their lives.
