Hi 👋🏻 I really am going to simplify what i’m posting on Instagram so here’s me just after finishing 12/3/30 (4.8k speed on a U.K. treadmill). I’ve just picked up my subway salad for lunch and I had a lovely treat filled weekend, if your focused on your health too at the moment let’s do it together ✨

Here is the new spring timetable, all levels are welcome, and why not join the spring challenge to feel amazing for summer and come to 2 classes a week for 6 weeks!

I also have a couple of slots left for personal training in the gym if you want to learn more movements, work on the fundamentals, and work together on your mindset and long-term goals.

I'm so lucky to have the loveliest clients that help create an amazing atmosphere in class so I promise you'll enjoy it!

I just wanted to spotlight one of my new options at sculpt and Sculpt & Nourish! I now offer private in person training, working in a 1-1 or small group (bring your besties and split the cost *up to 3 friends*) based in a private female only gym and studio.

As a Pilates instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist I am passionate about helping everyone fall in love with taking the best care of themselves.
