Building knockout power has so many variables but from an S&C standpoint, it will be determined a lot by how much force you can produce and how quickly you can do it.
Single leg strength is really important for this, as you’ll see GD will load his front leg to generate the power behind his upper cut.
Mix in some med ball work and you’ll be on the right track! 🙌

But that’s the mindset so many fighters have.
Anyone can throw together exercises to make you sweat and get out of breath - it takes no skill.
S&C should look basic. Basic is good.
There’s times it will be hard but sometimes you’ll be doing 3 reps and waiting around for 3 minutes.
When you see stuff like this it’s not really achieving anything.
When fighters tell me S&C made them feel exhausted and slow - this is why.
