Equally it’s easy to write a plan with a load of exercises on it but it doesn’t mean they’re the right ones.

In celebration of the re-opening of gyms I will be offering a 'get you back to training’ course for 8 people for anyone who feels a bit rusty after after such a long time away from the gym.
Its not unusual for our bodies to forget how to move like they used to after a months out from training so this is the perfect time to re-teach ourselves starting with the basics.
During this course you will begin to learn how to move correctly, how to target certain weaknesses, how to select the correct exercise for you, how to adapt exercises that you thought may have only been used for one specofic thing to be made multifunctional and most importantly I guarantee that you will leave this course feeling invincible.
The course will be held at Implexus Gym twice a week, over an 8 week period. The course will be split into two groups of four people, one afternoon group (1-2pm) and one evening group (5:30-6:30pm) both groups will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays every week for 6 weeks.
Over the six weeks we will cover breathing, foot mechanics, pelvic positioning, rib positioning, spinal movement, exercise selection and much more.
The price of the course is £300 which works out as only £25 per session, a saving of over £15 per session!
Throwing it back about 6 weeks to when I could squat and deadlift 😫💔 this was 162.5 x 6 about 9 weeks out, gutted to have had to pull out the British Classic as I was looking forward to putting up some big numbers but let the next couple of months of getting my body back to full health and strength commence. Also a bit of bodybuilding because why not 😈

Squats feeling the best they have for a long time. Since tearing my quad at brits in September squats have been 💩 but been working hard with Strength Coach Farncombe, Online coaching to fix my knee shunt that caused excessive stress on my quads. No special weights but to have 135 moving this well and feeling this smooth felt amazing after so long! IMPLEXIUM PBperformance Gym
Changing things up with some cleans in the programme. Love to do these movements and they are amazing for improving power transfer to jumping, running, changing direction and many other sporting movements through the loaded triple extension but it has to be said they aren't the be all and end all however they sure are fun!
