For past productions, there have been frequent occasions when the main car park reaches capacity early in the evening, obliging us to redirect audience members to the overflow car park. Quite a number of patrons are in the older age group and sometimes infirm, making the walk back from the overflow difficult.

For that reason, we are asking politely that any able-bodied members using the facilities that day should, if at all possible, go to the overflow instead of the main car park to avoid later congestion.

Your cooperation with that would be much appreciated.
