Burgener Weightlifting Course is coming to Leeds

CrossFit Leeds will be hosting the Burgener Weightlifting Level 1 Course on Sat 7th & Sun 8th February 2026

The 2 day course created by legendary USA Weightlifting Coach is designed to equip you with the tools to effectively teach Olympic lifts to athletes of all levels

Male/Female Individual Heats available from 08:00-09:30am

Male/Female/Mixed Doubles Heats from 09:30-11:30am

Chance to test yourself on a Full HYROX simulation including 8 different movement stations and 8k of running
