🌟SPIN POLE 🌟

While many of our classes will offer Spin options were appropriate, these classes are dedicated solely to dreamy Spin Pole flow & combos 🤩!

Class Pre-reqs:

✅️ Beginner: None
✅️ Higher Beginner: basic spins, front climb, side climb, rockstar, seats & cross knee laybacks, on both sides.

🌟Lollipop 🌟

Designed to satisfy both the poler and aerialist alike! Lollipop combines pole and lyra (aerial hoop), it's great for exploring shapes and transitions between hoop and pole.

This is a mixed ability class. Variations will be given depending on the individual level.

***Pre-requisites: Must have attended the Intro to Lollipop Course, or have previous hoop/lollipop experience (+4 hours). ***

🌟Flexi-Pole Course🌟

This 4 week course is aimed at those wanting to learn and develop the strength and flexibility for those dream flexy tricks.

Each class will have a longer warm up and deeper stretch before learning flexi-based pole tricks. Variations will be given for tricks depending on the level e.g. Ballerina 🩰 variations through to Eagle 🦅.

🌟Winter Showcase🌟

Our Annual showcase is taking place on Saturday 28th November!!!!

This is a great chance to pull together all that you have learnt so far. Students can perform routines anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes.

Performers will need to pay £10 to enter but will receive 1 free open training session per week between entry and the Showcase. We have set up additional open practice slots to help cater for this between now and the showcase, but less us know if you are struggling to find a slot. Please note most of these additions will not remain on the timetable permanently.

We are also looking for a volunteer to help with the event organisation and music on the night, in exchange you will get a free spectator ticket.

📧 Email us now if you would like to take part and please let us know whether you will be performing Pole or Lollipop. We will add you to the Showcase performer Whatsapp group.

Tickets will open for spectators closer to the event. Any other questions please let us know!

👻Ghouls just wanna have fun👻

Spooky themed pole jam & Social! Silly props and all things halloween themed welcome!

Pole Jams are a group freestyle event. There are no instructions/this is not an instructor led session or class. There will be silly fancy dress and party games with prizes for some events.

It's a chance to meet other students, practice some of the things you've learnt in classes so far and just have some fun! Please feel free to bring any drinks and food/snacks.

Use of Poles or Lollipop not open to first time polers, but free to drop in to meet the instructor and other students.
