We are opening on Saturday 25th July from 6am until 8pm.

The safety of my customers is important, so in line with the government guidelines, I have put things in place:
- limiting the amount of customers
- hand sanitiser available
- signage throughout
- contact details needed for track and trace
- training clothes only
- no spectators

All I ask from customers is to follow social distancing rules, clean down equipment after each use using cleaning products provided and stay away if you are feeling unwell.

Use your common sense!

Anyone not following this will be told to leave and your membership will be terminated.

At the moment, I will not be using a booking in system, but as we are limiting customers into the gym, you may have to wait outside. There will be a sign on the door when we are at maximum capacity.
