I'm so excited to get back into classes next week 😌

You might be feeling out of routine. You might not have exercised much over the last few months. And that's absolutely fine. For me the summer has been slower; later lazy mornings and time with the kids. I've loved it and wouldn't change it. But am I ready for a bit more routine and movement.. 100% yes.

The first class back may feel a bit harder, but trust me you'll feel so much better once you've got it done. Don't feel afraid if you've not been able to move much these last few weeks/months.

My next block of classes start next Monday. 7 weeks of routine, structure and weekly movement taking us up to the end of October. Come and do as much or as little as you wish. Whether you just want an hour out of the house, a chat or a full on sweat fest 😜
