So Norristhorpe U15s of the 16/17 season ... where are you now?

These lads may move on but will always look back on a team with more spirit than bargain booze and coaches with heaps of passion.

"Hello. With great regret and a heavy heart, the decision has been made that our team are no longer able to function with the size of squad that we have. Turning out our faithful in this league every Sunday is too big a task with the fear of last weeks scoreline becoming a regular occurance, one that i will not let happen to our amazing bunch. I thank you all for sticking be me through everything and allowing me to coach your lads to the best of my ability and for the commitment and dedication that everyone has shown in times of uncertainty. I have not made this decision alone, or easily, but i feel it is the right call at this time. I shall be in the unofficial HQ, the Airedale, next weekend, (day to be confirmed) for what we shall call our farewell debrief, until then, its been a blast.

Final pre season plea... does anyone know any 14/15 year olds who do nothing on Sundays. They have the chance to join a great bunch of lads, keep fit and have fun whilst helping the team (promoted 2 leagues) secure their place in div3. Attitude more important than ability.
