🏋️ Clean Technique: 3 Things to Keep in Mind
1️⃣ Keep the bar close to your body throughout the lift.
2️⃣ Explode through the hips — don’t try to curl the weight up.
3️⃣ Get under the bar fast and catch it in a strong front rack position.
