6:30 - 7:30PM: Level 1 (Beginner / Improver)

7:30 - 8:30PM: Level 2 (Intermediate / Advanced)

8:30 - 9:00PM: Pointe

Wednesday: 26th August

7:15 - 8:30PM: PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) & Stretch

What is PBT? Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative conditioning program designed to build muscle memory, improve posture, core stability, and turnout using targeted exercises. Suitable for all levels! We’ll finish with a relaxing, deep stretch to leave you feeling restored.

Well that’s the end of another fantastic academic year of DHD! 🎉🫶 well done to every single dancer for your dedication and growth. I’m already excited for next year when we will be celebrating our 10th anniversary! 🥳🍾🙌
We will be celebrating in style with the first of two shows on Sunday 6th December - COPPÉLIA 🩰 Rehearsals will begin as soon as we return (for children’s classes only)
Adult Ballet will run on a few dates in August which will go on the booking system very soon.
Thank you for all my wonderful cards and gifts! 🙏🏻 I’m such a lucky teacher. Thank you also to the amazing Miss Abigail for her nurturing, careful teaching, Miss Lucy, Miss Henni and Miss Amelia for their help in classes and all those who helped play music in exams.

🩰🎉Huge congratulations to our Grade 2 student Georgie who, after two rounds of auditions, has been offered a place on the Academy of Northern Ballet Junior Associate Programme to start in September! 🎉
Georgie will take weekly classes at the academy to complement her studies at DHD. She will join other current DHD students on associate and Centre for Advanced Training programmes - Tilly, Teagan, Pearl and Vienna. A huge well done also to our wonderful Mabel who made it onto the reserve list 🫶.
