The sharing in physical & mental hardship allowing the bond between humans to grow stronger.
Respect and admiration for each other built on the desire to do all vou can for the people around you.
This is the beauty of fitness and playing your part on the team.

Big Shout out to CHF Member Sarah Walmsley 🙌🔥
Sarah was completely knew to the gym as Sarah’s back ground has been dancing.
But Sarah wanted to get started on her own health and fitness journey. She wanted to Tone up, get stronger and to improve her core strength for her dancing.
But most importantly she wanted some weekly structure, routine and some accountability. She wanted something where she could switch off from the daily stresses of life and come to an environment where she can switch off for that hour and be around positive like minded individuals🙌😀
Since Sarah Joined us 5 weeks
Ago, she’s lost 10.5 Inches including losing 3 inches around her waist.
She’s got Stronger, fitter and her confidence is building week on week.

Big shoutout to CHF Member Tony Megyery🙌🔥
Tony has absolutely smashed it since he joined the CHF Team 5 Weeks ago👊
Tony wanted to some proper Support, structure and guidance with his training and some accountability so he could achieve the results he wanted to achieve.
Alongside that wanting to lose weight, tone up and to go get stronger through incorporating strength training into his weekly routine.
Tony had joined a local commercial gym in the past but like all commercial gyms you are just a number who’s left on there own with no support, no guidance and just became overwhelming with what to do, where to turn and thinking am I even doing this right?
Tony was totally knew to this experience but in such a short space of time he’s made huge progress.
Tony is progressing nicely towards his goals.
Weight Lost: 7.5 Pounds
Inches Lost: 11.25 Inches
2.5 Inches lost around his waist.
He’s moving better, getting stronger, he’s increased his over all cardiovascular fitness and he’s made some amazing friendships with other members in the gym🙌

Big shoutout to CHF Member Mathew Fletcher🙌🔥
Since Fletch has joined the CHF Team 6 weeks ago he’s settled in like he’s been part of the furniture from the beginning.
Big shoutout to all you guys for helping him settle in and feel welcome from the start.
Fletch has been super consistent, always puts in the effort, gives it 💯.
He’s always wanting to test himself, wants to Improve and to become the best version of himself.
Myself and Marcus have pushed and encouraged Fletch to get out of his comfort zone and he’s reaping the rewards and the results from his efforts👏👏
Fletch has lost over 11 Inches including 2.5 Inches around this waist.
Stronger, fitter, happier, healthier🙌

Don’t let Injuries hold you back!👊
Fair to say Jay has been a breath of fresh air since he joined the CHF Team In January.
Jay was doing the Saturday sessions before that but in the new year he really wanted to up his training, get into a proper weekly training routine and to get back to feeling his best through getting stronger and getting fitter.
Jay has always been capable but In the past with suffering serious injuries to his back and of which is something that will always be there so myself, .abot and Jay have worked together as a three to make sure no injuries or setbacks occur as if Jay was to do any serious damage it’s not days out it could weeks/ months out of action.
But week on week we’ve trained smart pushed him all the way but then also pulled back slightly if/ when needed to.
Jay has smashed it consistently from January to this present day and he epitomises everything that we stand for here at CHF.
He consistently shows up, puts in the work and gives it 💯 🔥
Always there supporting, encouraging others around him and he’s one of the best leaders for any group when it comes to a Saturday Morning Sweat Session.
He’s stronger, fitter, looking awesome and he’s challenging and testing himself the for the CHF Community Hyrox Event in Leeds in July. 🙌
