At the other end of the spectrum to last week's Game Plan Law is the Law of Launch Point.

You can plan and plan and plan, but eventually, you've just got to MOVE and get stuff done!

Graduation is coming up on Saturday 3rd October, and registration is open!

You've got until Thursday 24th to register, so please make sure you see an instructor as soon as possible to find out if you're eligible 💛

Our Summer challenge is nearly over!! If your stamp chart isn't full yet, you have today, tomorrow and Saturday to earn your patch.

The challenge ends after classes on Saturday 5th September, so get those classes in if your chart is almost full!

"If you are failing to plan, you are planning to fail"

Your plan doesn't need to be perfect, and maybe it won't end up working, but having a plan is important if you want to maximise your chance of success 🧠

A quick reminder that the academy is closed today and tomorrow (28th & 29th August) for the Bank Holiday weekend.

We'll be back on Tuesday as normal - have a lovely weekend, no matter what you're doing!

Did you know.... over 30 Black Belts were awarded at the 2026 AEGIS Black Belt Graduation Ceremony!

It's the AEGIS Law of Base this week, and we'll be looking at our foundation skills: stance, guard, and solid core techniques.

After all, if the basics aren't in place, how can we progress onto the more advanced work?
