In the first picture is what I use to look like when I was 18 (70kg ish) and I hated being skinny, don’t get me wrong I was fast for my football but wasn’t happy with my body, so I decided to start training! Then the next two pictures (107kg) are recent (I’m not saying I’m in the best shape ever) but what I’m trying to say is never give up in the gym, f**k everyone else and concentrate on you ! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

3)being my own boss enables me to have my own balance between clients/family/my own training and social life…..
4) massive wins when I do a client measurement check in and they reduced their body fat and upped the muscle…..

Too many times people overlook the diet and nutrition element of hitting those health and fitness goals. Hitting the gym is only half the work, maintaining your progress with a supporting diet is key.
This doesn’t just work for fat loss, this also works for muscle gain. Don’t expect to see muscle development if you’re underrating or not hitting your protein targets.
Nutrition and lifestyle is everything. Once it becomes habit it becomes easy too.

Thank you to everyone who came down to support this Sunday charity match! Here’s some pics of the main man himself 😂😂 and the team!! But seriously Was a great cause raising money for cystic fibrosis, made a good amount of money for the charity 🤩! On another note happy with the 9-5 win and me scoring 5 goals as well 😎, but again class event and see you all next year to raise some more money ! 🔥 🙌🏻 👏🏻
