Total Dance - Zumba Insanity Leeds

This October we are getting us shimmying for a great cause in a special Total Dance event called “Dancing for Brighter Beginnings”, a special charity Zumbathon supporting Zarach and BookTrust. Both of these charities support children in Yorkshire have a better chance to learn, dream and thrive!

Tamsyn will be at Zumba classes telling you about the great work they do!

Don't worry if three hours sounds daunting. You can join for the full event, stagger your dancing, or simply pop along and dance for an hour. Every contribution makes a difference to young people’s lives!

All we ask is that participants commit to raising £25, with additional sponsorship welcomed if you'd like to raise even more!

No previous Zumba experience is needed so you could get friends and family signed up too. Everyone is welcome for a fantastic morning of fun, fitness and fundraising.

September is always the perfect time for a new start.
Why not try that Zumba class you’ve been thinking about, be brave enough to see that Insanity is actually not scary but just a really effective and accessible workout that gets results. Or giving Zumba Gold a go. It’s maximum fun but slightly lower impact.
