Tall guy learns gymnastics on a meat-free diet. I came to Leeds in September 2011 to study at Beckett University. I did my pull ups and chest dips there.
I’ve been doing calisthenics since my mid teenage years and found it shocking the city didn’t offer much opportunities for street workout. At least, I wasn’t able to find them despite being a keen walker ever since. It took me more than a year until I accidentally came across a horizontal bar in Leeds Bramley Park. I was so happy I wanted to cry, and pulling myself up on the bar felt like holding

I visited Geneva for 6 days in September and came across a good few calisthenics parks.
There were two spots I enjoyed the most: one featured a simple calisthenics rig and the other was a proper calisthenics park.

Thank you each and everyone of you who has ever turned up to my class or has been attending consistently since last summer.
Thank you for the energy you brought and the effort you put in through hot, cold and rain.
Loved seeing every little bit of progress you guys made.
British summer may nearly be over but training will never be.
Stay active, stay motivated and don't ever quit.

3 muscle ups
5 dips
3 bar rolls
5 ice cream makers
4 archer pull ups (2 on each arm)

I used to do banana back handstands for years. Back in the days, my goal was to walk on my hands as far as possible, and arching the lower back and bending the knees helped with that tremendously.
